All sales on Nasdisc are final. This policy is in place to maintain marketplace integrity between buyers and sellers. Once you place a bid on an item on Nasdisc, you are fully committing to the purchase. Placing a bid or purchasing a record is a commitment to purchase an item at a specific price and condition. Make sure to read our grading guide before getting started.
Buyers can request to cancel an order any time before the seller confirms shipment. Sellers have no obligation to fulfill cancel requests if the record is within the shipping deadline.
If denied, the sale is final. If the seller does not respond to a cancelation request in 48 hours, the sale will proceed as normal.
Shipped items cannot be canceled. If there is no update to the tracking information after 4 business days, the buyer can then request cancellation.
Exceptions for final sale include:
- The only exception is an error in the bidding process. The buyer must report within 2 hours of the error in order for the cancellation to be considered.
