If it has been more than 3 business days since you're order was placed, and you have not received a tracking update from your seller or a message from Nasdisc Support. Please reach out to us at support@nasdisc.com! After we confirm your seller hasn't shipped your item you will be given two options:
1. Request an immediate refund
2. Request that we contact the seller and allow them additional time to fulfill the order.
