If your order does not come in the condition listed, here are the steps you should follow to get your issue resolved ASAP.
1. Document the issue
This usually means taking photos of the record and packaging. Make sure to focus on the areas of concern. It's helpful to document the box the record arrived in as well
In the case of playback issues, this may mean taking an audio or video recording to document any issues that can't be seen.
2. Reach out to us
Send us an email at support@nasdisc.com. We'll review your case (typically within the same day) and reach out to the seller to come to a possible resolution. You will always have the option to return the item for a full refund. However, in many cases, if you want to keep the item we can attempt to negotiate with the seller for a partial refund.
In your email, please be sure to include the following:
- Name of the record in question
- Email associated with your account
- Description of the Damage
- Any photos or media documenting the damage
If you have missing items, please be sure to include the following:
- Photos of the item you received
- Description of the item you were supposed to receive
- Email associated with your account
