In order to protect the integrity of the Nasdisc Marketplace, all users, by act of placing a bid or purchasing an item, agree to the Nasdisc Buyer Policy as outlined in this article.
- Purchases are Final
- All successful transactions, whether initiated through bid or purchase are considered final. Nasdisc reserves the right to deny any cancellation requests provided the seller has shipped the record within the required number of days.
- Any requests for refund or cancelation must adhere to the Nasdisc Return Policy.
- Cancelations may, in some circumstances, be allowed if caused by errors or otherwise unexpected behavior to the Nasdisc Transactional System at the sole discretion of Nasdisc.
- Bids are Binding
- When a Bid matches an Ask, the buyer is obligated to pay for that item. WHEN YOU PLACE A BID, YOU ARE COMMITTING TO PURCHASE THE ITEM AS SOON AS YOUR BID MATCHES A SELLER’S ASK PRICE AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PAYMENT OF THE ASK PRICE WILL BE TAKEN FROM YOUR PAYMENT METHOD
- Payment Information Must be Valid
- If your payment fails or is rejected for any reason (e.g., purchase exceeds credit card limit, card is cancelled, chargeback is requested), Nasdisc reserves the right to do any or all of the following, in its sole discretion:
- Delete any or all of user’s Bids from Nasdisc
- Cancel any or all of user’s incomplete orders
- Withhold refunds or payments due to user
- Restrict user’s buying and selling ability
- Charge buyer’s payment method for costs incurred by Nasdisc as a result of failed payment
- Temporarily or permanently suspend user’s account
- If your payment fails or is rejected for any reason (e.g., purchase exceeds credit card limit, card is cancelled, chargeback is requested), Nasdisc reserves the right to do any or all of the following, in its sole discretion:
- Account Duplication
- Creating duplicate accounts for the same person, especially for the purpose of accessing additional discount codes or other deals is against Nasdisc Policy and may result in various repercussive action at Nasdisc's discretion as outlined in the Account Policies.
- Any problems or issues with an order, including receiving the wrong item, not receiving a package, item's damaged from mail, receiving items in the wrong condition or style, etc, must be reported within 1 week (7 days) of the package being marked as delivered by tracking services.
